Pierluigi Carnasciali, 58 years, has been working at Fattoria dell’Aiola for over 40 years and has always lived in the Chianti hills. He is an important part of the Fattoria dell’Aiola family. During the years he has had several reputable teachers who represented Chinati in its various forms, including senator Malagodi. Pierluigi, as a quick learner, by treasuring their teachings has lived both realities which gave him a knowledge made of reasoning, excellent technical training and popular wisdom. Nowadays he is responsible for all the wine operations until the harvest. Because of his great wine and cellar experience and competence, he covers the role of Technical Director. [Close]

Paolo Salvi- Enologist

For the production of its own wines, Fattoria dell’Aiola can boast the expertise of the enologist Paolo Salvi. Alumn of a Sangiovese enologist, thanks to his twenty-some years of experience in the production of high-prestigious wines, he works as a consultant for some important wine companies in the designation of excellent Tuscan and Umbrian wines.

Nicola Vangelisti - Cellarman

For the transformation of grapes into wine and its eventual refinement and bottling of its own products, Fattoria dell’Aiola relies on the collaboration of the wine technician Nicola Vangelisti. Graduated from the Enology School of Siena, he is a great expert of the local territory and its products.
